Klaudia Kaliisa, Founder & Lead Instructor, is an experienced movement specialist with deep expertise in Pilates, functional training, and holistic wellness.

Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, as well as in Pilates, TRX Functional Training and Vinyasa Yoga

10 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, and wellbeing in Denmark and Uganda

Passionate advocate for movement as medicine — focusing on balance, longevity, and confidence through consistent, mindful training

Her vision is to set a new benchmark for boutique fitness in Uganda — a studio that blends professionalism, aesthetics, and purpose to redefine what modern wellness looks like in East Africa.
